I’m a professional baker & food stylist with an eye (*and ear*) for detail. Appreciative of a good egg yolk drip and am drawn to soft-baked cookies & browned butter.

Baked with love. Artfully styled. Intentionally loud. Where professional pastry meets the art of sound! Classically trained in Pastry Arts, now specializing in the satisfying side of the kitchen. From the rhythmic whisk to the cinematic crunch, I’m here to give your favorite treats the soundtrack they deserve.  Headphones highly recommended.

Proof that a degree in Pastry Arts sounds better than you’d think. 

Degree in Culinary Arts with a concentration in Professional Baking and Pastry Arts. Several years of experience in food preparation with extensive knowledge in recipe development and cake design. Self taught photography and graphic design with a NJ teaching certification in Culinary Arts.
