SMALL BATCH PROTEIN BROWNIES <3

Wet:

4 TB melted butter 

1 TB neutral oil (I used avocado oil)

1/2 cup sugar or sweetener of choice

1 egg

Vanilla bean paste 

Dry:

1/2 cup flour

2 TB cocoa powder

1/8 cup (or one scooper full) of chocolate protein powder 

Pinch of sea salt

1/2 cup of chopped chocolate or chocolate chips (reserve a tablespoon to sprinkle on top)

Using a whisk, whip together your wet ingredients until light and fluffy (should be a pale yellow and puffy).  Add your dry ingredients and melted chocolate to your wet ingredients until a batter forms. Add in your chocolate chips and pour into greased & parchment lined a 6 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 27-30 minutes (or until top is set and does not look wet. Let cool in pan for at least 20 minutes, this will allow the brownies to fully set! Cut with a plastic knife for smoother edges, sprinkle with sea salt, and enjoy
